The Aspens Mountain Spa is a newly launched boutique spa development nestled in the hills of Karaağaç, a region offering unparalleled scenic views of the North Cyprus coastline. The Aspens will consist of 45 residential homes (9 private villas, 18 penthouse apartments and 18 garden apartments) that will benefit from a luxury spa, gymnasium, restaurant and alternative healing centre. Construction is due to start in September 2024 with a completion date of December 2026.
